Big Sky Equity is a real estate services company, specializing in sales, property management, vacation rentals, and home services. Independently owned and operated since 2016, and licensed property managers in Montana since 2009.
We have invested and managed real estate in the Bozeman market since the mid 2000’s. After growing clients’ demands, we incorporated our business model in 2016, while expanding from Big Sky to Big Timber and into Paradise Valley. Our experience ranges from residential, to commercial, to businesses, and bare land. Creative strategic thinking in real estate is our hallmark, and our focus is always on the highest and best use of your property.
Our company has grown through the word-of-mouth of our clients, who appreciate our detail focused management style, our fair and honest commission structure and hourly pricing. All with consistently awesome customer service.
Our knowledge stretches into real estate sales, as we also help investors and first time homebuyers enter into this tight market, while helping them make the best possible decisions in their path to property ownership.

Our experience in the management of businesses ranges from real estate, Ecommerce, tourism, food and beverage, and contracting. This has given us the experience and knowledge to form partnerships with other up-and-coming businesses or motivated individuals. We are always on the look out for partnerships in novel business, which don’t just occupy a niche, but carve one out of our local economy. With any business, we are there with guidance, operational and management skills, and technical expertise.
Management
Management: What does this mean in the context of property and real estate? First off, our management of your assets or property, at least in our view, is a service business with 2 bosses: our clients, and our customers. For our clients, we strive for the highest and best use of their investment, and guide our actions with the idea that we are treating their property as we would treat ours.
