The space
This guesthouse is located 9 minutes from MSU, is roughly 1,200 sq ft, and has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is a full kitchen with many cooking items, but if you have any special requests, please let us know. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and closet, the second bedroom has a full bed with closet, and the third bedroom comes equipped with a sofa bed. The living room, dining area, and kitchen have an open space concept, and overlook a sunny south facing windows and lush greenery outside.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the front yard, south of the driveway, and the backyard space to the south of the apartment. Inside they will have access to the whole guesthouse. There are 2 parking spaces in front.

Other things to note
Watering of the lawns will take place at night.
Please no more than 2 cars.
Do not block the garage doors, please park off to the side.
